Chasty oversees carrier partnerships, sales and marketing at Mosaic Group. She has more than 20 years of experience working with agents across NC selling and promoting medical, life, disability, dental, and vision offerings in both the individual and group markets, including seven years specifically focused on ancillary products. Prior to joining Blue Cross NC she worked for a top-performing agency in the Charlotte area. Chasty has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

In his current position at Mosaic Group, Steve leads the Account Executive team to collaborate with agents and employers in order to create ancillary solutions that fit their specific needs. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years, including several years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Angie K leads the Account Retention Team and has been with Mosaic Group since 2010; before that she developed her skills in a variety of underwriting, training and account management positions. She is responsible for creating and managing productive relationships with internal and external partners. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota.

Chris is Mosaic Group’s Account Executive for the individual market. He’s responsible for maximizing individual ancillary product membership through new sales and retention opportunities. He came to Mosaic in 2016 after 12 years as an independent insurance agent working in both the Health and Property and Casualty markets. Chris has an undergraduate degree from The State University of New York at Potsdam.

Sherrie joined Mosaic Group in 2013. Before that she amassed more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry, including 20 years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. She works with groups and agents across North Carolina on new sales of ancillary benefit offerings. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Michele joined Mosaic Group in 2006, and leverages her in-depth ancillary and specialty expertise by working with groups and agents to enhance their ancillary benefit offerings. She started her career in the insurance industry in 1996, and moved to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in 2001. She has an undergraduate degree from NC State University.

Ken has more than 25 years of experience in medical and ancillary insurance, including eight years as Director of Sales with a firm in Charlotte and almost two decades as sales consultant at a firm in Greensboro. Now he’s focused on ancillary sales for all size groups in the Charlotte and western North Carolina markets. Ken has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Wake Forest University.

Ashley has been with Mosaic Group since 2011, where she handles renewals and retention. Before that she gained valuable firsthand experience working as an insurance agent for seven years. She teams up with Mosaic Group field staff to support sales activities and improve customer satisfaction.

Angie joined Mosaic Group in 2012 handling voluntary enrollment and now manages renewals and retention efforts. With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, Angie brings with her the knowledge and capabilities to support her agents and clients. She calls Charlotte her home.

Courtney came to Mosaic Group in 2019, where she handles renewals and retention. Prior to that, she worked on the broker side for 8 years, which gave her valuable insight into the things that are important to agents and clients alike. She has an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.

Margaret became part of the Mosaic Group team in 2017. She leads a team of Senior Support Specialists who assist with the renewal and retention of Group products. Margaret’s been in the insurance industry for well over a decade, and was an independent agent offering individual products including Medicare before she joined Mosaic Group. She’s also worked with both medical and ancillary carriers in the group market, handling pre-sale activities and account implementation.

Christinia came to Mosaic Group from Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska; she began her career in health insurance in 2004 at Regence Blue Shield of Washington. Over the years Christinia has amassed a great deal of experience in sales support and customer service for medical and dental lines. She has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

With Mosaic Group since 2020, Claire provides support for the renewal and retention team. Her previous experience allowed her to build a strong foundation in finance, provider auditing and relationship building. She earned her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University.

After four years with Blue Cross NC in membership operations, where she served as a resolution coordinator for commercial appeals, Mackenzie joined Mosaic Group in 2021. Now as a Senior Support Specialist, she provides support for the renewal and retention team.
