He has an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.

She has 17 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, including seven specifically focused on ancillary products. She joined Mosaic Group in 2008, and now manages a team of experienced sales and operations specialists. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

    Mike joined Mosaic Group in 2012. Before that, he headed National Accounts and Student segments for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. He has more than 30 years of experience in the benefits and human resource industry; prior to joining BCBSNC in 2003, he led several sales and service organizations that provided employee benefits, benefit outsourcing, HR and benefit technology. He has an undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University.

    After amassing a decade of experience in physician billing and management, and 8 years in sports marketing, legal and investor relations, Sarah joined Mosaic Group in 2014. She handles departmental planning and coordination of strategic goals, performs financial analysis and manages special projects. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

    Brigette joined Mosaic Group in 2014, assuming responsibility for for spearheading development of marketing and messaging. She has over 25 years of marketing experience, including leading global branding efforts for two companies and heading up the creative team and events for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Akron.

    Holt came to Mosaic Group in 2016. She has more than 15 years of experience working in client service, human resources and project management, including seven years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. Her benefits-industry background and knowledge of human resources and consulting environments brings a unique perspective to her role at Mosaic Group. She earned her undergraduate degree from Davidson College.

Now he’s focused on ancillary sales for all size groups in the Charlotte and western North Carolina markets. Ken has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Wake Forest University.

Casey began her career with Watson Insurance working as an agent for 9 years before she moved to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina as a Client Manager in 2013. She earned her undergraduate degree from the UNC Charlotte.

    Tricia leads the Blue Quote & Enroll platform team at Mosaic Group, where she combines operational expertize in ancillary benefits administration with an intense focus on customer service. Tricia started her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in 1984, and over time handled a series of positions that came with increasing responsibility. She then became a manager at the company that was the forerunner of Mosaic Group.

    Cheri joined Mosaic Group in 2017, bringing with her extensive knowledge of ancillary products accrued during her decade as an independent agent for Aflac—including five years as District Manager. While there, she specialized in individual products, group products and asset management. Cheri came to North Carolina from California in 2005.
